Foster youth and kids growing up without a safety net are some of the most capable people you'll ever meet — they've just never been given a runway. Forge a Bridge is a school built around that runway.

We pair fast-moving technical training with the unglamorous, essential skills nobody teaches you: fixing things, managing money, holding a job, asking for help. The goal isn't a certificate on a wall. It's a kid who can build a life.
